I fell in love with the Vintage Brown leather riding boots when I first saw them on the KnightsBrand Equestrian Facebook page, and i knew I had to have them!

Due to an old riding accident, i have one leg wider than the other, so to have them custom made to measure for me was ideal. Normally I have to buy boots with a wide fitting calf, but one leg always gapes. To have them made to measure is great value as they were a very similar price to 'off the peg' shop bought boots. Rosie expertly measured my legs. I was a bit nervous about it, having heard stories in the past about made to measure boots and them coming back too tight, but to my great relief the boots zipped up smoothly and easily when i went to collect them. I am now in the process of breaking them in, something you have to do with all new riding boots until they mould to your feet. I am now saving up for a Black pair in the same style for competition's as my old ones look really scruffy in comparison to these smart new ones!

Just wanted to send you a quick review of my BareBack Kentucky Boots. I have had them now for nearly 5 months and I love them. I wore them throughout this winter's awful wet weather, through ankle deep mud and snow. In the snow they kept my feet really warm and more importantly the grip on the sole was perfect for those conditions. Even though I have used them to muck out they don’t carry that awful smell and they have remained water tight. They support my ankle that I broke in a riding accident and I wear them all day as they are so comfy. One of the best things about the boots is the zips on the side. This means you can slip them on and off really quickly.

I can highly recommend these lovely boots and look forward to wearing them throughout the summer too!
